2.中俄北极论坛创始人，该论坛是中国-俄罗斯学术界唯一的关于北极问题的常规化、制度化交流平台，每年在中国和俄罗斯之间轮流举办。
3.俄罗斯萨哈（雅库特）共和国民众福祉与可持续发展首脑委员会委员。
4.中国-北欧北极研究中心（China-Nordic Arctic Research Center）专家委员会委员，访问学者基金（Research Fellowship）委员会委员。
5.央视大型纪录片《北极，北极！》学术顾问和湖南卫视纪录片《致敬，北极！》学术顾问。
